Located at 419 Buksu-dong, Paldal-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, the Suwoncheon is a representative stream of Suwon that originates from Gwanggyosan and crosses Suwon Hwaseong to connect to Hwanggujicheon. Running along the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Suwon Hwaseong, the Suwoncheon has a well-maintained walkway along the section between Hwahongmun and Namsu Gate, loved by citizens as a place for rest and walks. The walkway of Suwoncheon is also available for bicycle use, and there are benches placed intermittently for a comfortable rest. At Suwoncheon, you can observe various creatures such as fish, ducks, and herons, and enjoy the beautiful scenery that changes with the season.
